The store is based in the Philippines and is powered by Shopify. The most convenient way for us to receive payment is through Paypal Express Checkout. Good thing is, you don't need a Paypal account to pay using your credit cards. Just choose the Paypal guest check out option and enter your credit/debit card info to complete your order. Major credit cards Visa, Mastercard, AMEX are accepted.

No. Shipping cost only covers handling and packaging fees. Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. These will be assessed, if applicable, upon reaching your country's customs office. Items can sometimes be tied up in customs so expect days or even weeks of delays. Contact your local customs office for more info.

Most items usually ship out after a week or two when payment has been cleared. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Customs processing and clearing at the destination might also cause delays. 

We will send you a tracking number in the email you provided at the check out once the item has been shipped. However, tracking might not work for some international destinations depending on the chosen shipping method or preferred courier.

We have no return and cancellation policy, which means you can no longer cancel after purchasing your item to request a refund.  Returns and cancellation will only be valid if the item is damaged or we shipped out an incorrect item based on your order.
